Rana Khan is the founding leader and president of WIREDK, a pioneering nonprofit platform dedicated to advancing innovation, research, and educational development in Kuwait and beyond. With over two decades of experience in higher education, curriculum design, and interdisciplinary teaching, Rana has been instrumental in building inclusive communities of practice that empower educators and researchers. Her leadership at WIREDK focuses on fostering collaboration, promoting professional growth, and integrating innovative technology and AI into educational practice. As an academic, certified teacher trainer, and doctoral researcher at the University of Bath, she brings a strategic vision grounded in equity, innovation, and evidence-based practice. Under her stewardship, WIREDK has emerged as a vibrant space for educators and thought leaders to connect, share, and transform teaching and learning across disciplines and institutions.
